Shrimptmi, present telegraph engineer for Wellington district, mercers J. Orehiston as duel telegraph engineer. T. Buckley, chief electrician, becomes director of telephone services. I). Gibbs, telegraph engineer. Auckland district., comes to Wellington uji assistant in the chief telegraph e.ngm11S. Plank, telegraph enginer Chrisi-chui-eh. succeeds A. Gibbs at Auckland. ]] E. (iimminks. assistant engineer, Wellington, succeeds E. A. Sluimpton as telegraph engineer in A\ ellington district. . . . F. C. Cag'c, assistant engineer. Auckland’. succeeds S. Plank at Christchurch.
