It is understood he urged the postponement of Irish conscription until nfer Dome Rule was established. .AN IRISH CONFERENCE. Received, this ditv at 8.45 a.m. - LONDON, April 28. The “Daily Express’.’ Dublin correspondent says a conference oi ten is sitting continuously at the Mansion Mouse, including Messrs Dillon, do A alern, Delvin and Holey. The conference is giving Irishmen time to consider better counsels. Time is on the side of peace. As a member of the conference said to-day—Even Irishmen may tire of spitting fire. Meanwhile, .plancos for war charities are nightly occurences at the best Dublin hotels.
William O’Brien said the programme of Dominion Home Rule forthwith for all Ireland, and no military compulsion, represents our irrevocable demands. e
