The following is Rev. D. O. Bates’ weather forecast. ,
“Expect strong winds to gale and veering by west to south. The weather will probably prove squally witlj heavy showers, and will also be very cold. The barometer has a falling tendency, but rising fast after ten hours. Sea very heavy and increasing tides good.”
