HOLLAND’S DANGER,

(Received This Dav at 10.15. a.m.) LONDON, April 23.
The “Daily News” says the Foreign Office has learnt that the relations of Germany and Holland are very strained, as the result of a quarrel regarding the supply of gravel and sand from Holland to Germany. The situation is regarded with anxiety in official circles, as Germany has delivered a time limit ultimatum.
