FINLAND’S CONDITION. STOCKHOLM, April 18. The Red Guards have evacuated Alio after blowing tip thirteen steamers and removing all the food. The Germans have functioned with General Mannerheim’s Army. .. The whole of,western Finland is in the hnnds of the White Guards.

(Received This Dav at 10.15. « m.) WASHINGTON, April 19. War Department advices say. tho Germans were compelled to reinforce the army fighting the Red Guards in Finland. The Germans plan to gain the .control of Petrograd, hold the rail-, ways and capture the stores and munitions going to Kola, which are guarded by British marines.
