A GREAT PICTURE—-TO-NIGHT.
To-night, at the Princess TJieatre, Pollards present a picturisation of Larry Evans’ famous' novel “Best Sellers.” This great work has been adapted for a play by Frohman’s, and has been pictnrised by the World Film Company under the title of “ Then I’ll Come Back to Yon,” with the World Film’s star, Alice Brady, in thh leading role. This big feature will be screened by Pollards in conjunction with “Human Flotsam,” the sixth episode of “The Secret Kingdom,”. This episode is a seusational one and pictures the kidnapping of the Princess and Philip, the escape of Philip and the tumble light with the river pirates. The plot of “ Then I’ll Come Back to You ” opens with the meeting of the hero and heroine as two youngsters aut.l the stoutly sworn love declaration of the boy, which gave rise to the title of the drama. When next they meet, Sieve is an engineer, and the girl is the daughter of tne magnate, whose interests are being thwarted by the energy and skill of the man.' Thrills follow in quick order, and the reality of the scenes is astounding. The lumber drive gives a real idea of that perilous occupation as the “lumberjacks ” jump from one log to another as they toss in the foaming stream. There is a tight which deserves special notice, as it is the genuine thing in savage rough and tumble. Los Gordon, as tie villain, is masterly, and the whole cast is exceptionally strong. The photographic marvels that occur throughout the story are worth a visit alone. The whole production can he classed as one of the best World Film dramas ever made. THE BA 1M S -THURSDAY.
