LATE LOCALS.
The usual meeting of the Druids' Lodge, No. 89, was held in the lodgRoom O ! Thursday night-, A.D. Bro. Croiil'sky presiding over a fair attendance. A large- amount of business w r s transacted. Two ntfw mem hors were initiated by the Arch 'Druid in a very capable manner. The resignation of Bro. E. G. Bennett as Vice Arch, Druid was received with regret, and the Secretary was instructed to send a letter of appreciation to Bro. E. G. Bennett, thanking him for the splendid services he had rendered Lodge Westland. A.IJ. Bro. Groufsky then gave an,outline 'of tho address given by the Grand President at the Druidic conference held at Greymouth, which proved very interesting. The Lodge then closed with a musical ceremony.
