Thirty destroyers, forty submarines, and fifty transports remaining at Helsingfors were disarmed as it was impossible to evacuate them. A small German force has landed at Lovisa between Helsingfors and Viborg. A German squadron with transports is reported to be following. It. is probably the intention of the Germans to march northwards and cut the Tlolsing-fors-Viborg railway.
