Regarding the numbers on the West Front, the actual facts are that there are a few more German divisions than Allies but the Allies divisions are larger and probably have a superiority tin men. The Germans conoentratdd an enormous superiority 140,000, of the first army on the front. The forces of the third army at the front are apparently approximately equal. ARMENTIER.es EVACUATED.
