WEDNESDAY—‘THE STTOW DOWN' We have secured a special Bluebird photo viley for Wednesday evening at the Princess Theatre, entitled “The S'b.ov Down" which features such leading stars as Myrtle'Gonzaleaz, George Hernandez and Arthur Hovt in a title of primitive love and sacrifice. The photography is one of the best and the story is where the principal characters are ship wrecked in the Pacific Ocean and find shelter on an uninhabited island. The heroine is the daughter-of a wealthv man, who is noted for his selfishness, and her chief admirer is a blase young man who finds life is a decided bore. Forced to shift for himself , the young chap develop unexpected courage and resource and performs an important service for his country. The girl does her part also and her father turns out to he just the reverse of his reputation. In fact the real characters of the entire party are brought to the surface by the primitive lives they fire compelled to lead. A well selected cast brings out all the good points of the story. Mrytle Gonzaleaz as Lydia Benson, George Hernandez as her father and Arthur Hoyt as George Clicstore are especially effective.
A side-splitting comedy entitled “Dan Devil Dan” gives a huge support, while the music will be of the best procurable. 1
