POLLARD’S PICTURES,
To-uiglit in the Princess Theatre Pollards will present the Harrison Fisher Girl, Olive Thomas, at the height of her success in the pictiife drama which has set all America talking, “An Even Break.” In this play the scintillating beauty of the New York Follies star is almost beyond belief and she romps her way into everyone’s heart. The play has its many emotional scer.c-s and in these scenes the acting ot Olive Thomas comes as a surprise especially in the scene when she learns that the man she has learned to love is engaged to an old playmate of Ins own town, dhe play is' a story of the stage—a gigantic musical comedy on canVass—'with its ballets, jazy bands and choruses. The scenes at Minot’s Cafe are miracles of photography especially the marvellous great ballet danced by a hundred dancing-beauties of the New York Follies, led by Olive Thomas, under lightingeffectts got by multi-colored lights. “Carriage Call ioi,” the sill episode of “ Tire Secret Kingdom,” features the further adventures of the Princess at a ball given in her honor.
