GERMAN CLAIMS. •LONDON April 1. An evening wireless TTcrman official message states: We captured the Heights north of Moreuil. Several An-glo-Frencili counter attacks heavily failed. Wc captured Araeliis Wood on the west bank of the Avro.. Repeated French attempts were made to recapture the villages and heights west of Mont Diditir, also between Domes and Mat ft, but broke down. Prisoners taken now number 75,C00. The German official message adds: Unless we are able to prevent the Red Guards pouring in and over-running Finland, title German Government will he forced to take measures to secure the conditions provided for in the Peace Treaty.
