Received, this day at 8.45 a.m. PARIS March . A Zurich, message states the semiofficial German press message announces that Holland will have to (bear the consequences of her decision. She must ■expect a submarine blockade of all her ports. The German government is exercising the utmost pressure upon the Dutch.
DUTCH SHIPS SEIZED. ■'Received, This Dav at R. 50. a.m A NEW YORK, March 21 Forty-six Dutch ships were seis here, and many at other ports were also seized. American naval reserve men boarded the ships and hoisted the Stars and Stripes. The ships were taken over quietly, without resistance.
