The American Headquarters report the German airmen are dropping rubber balls eighteen inches in diameter filled . with a liquid mustard gas, over the American sector, but so far without result. WET WEATHER. LONDON March 20. British’ headquarters report very wet weather is restricting operations and favours surprise tactics, but the enemy shows no signs of emerging.
