A wireless from Vienna says after the suppression of the railway workers’ strike, the authorities dealt drastically with strikers employed by , private firms at Florisdorf and other suburbs of Vienna. Eighteen leaders were called up for military service and their followers were warned they also would be called up in twcntv-foUr hours, unless they resumed, whereupon all the strikes ended.
