Professor Relbruck interviewed by the “Nenes Wener Journal” after characterising von Bethmann Hollwegs communication of March 3id as the greatest diplomatic clumsiness said lie admitted that it was hard to show that the British really did not desire war. The British Government also took pretty considerable, if not the utmost, troublo to avoid war.
