AMERICA’S ATTITUDE. (Received This Day at 1.20 a.m.) WASHINGTON March 7. A semi-official sources points out that while America- clearly declared she does not assert to Japanese intervention America has not protested against intervention. The decision was reached after a lengthy consultation. Washington diplomats are .hopeful tlint Japan ivill understand the American attitude and realise that America withholding of her 'assent does not imply the slightest suspicion of Japan America recognises that Japan would be the natural power to interfere, if necessary*. Semi-official information reaching Washington indicates that Japan has not yet entered Siberia.
