,TE ,\UTF; MAORI COLLEGE BURNT HASTINGS. This Day. I e Auto Maori College, including the teachers’ residence, was "burned down about five o’clock this morning. The schoolroom was the only building saved. Ihe fire started in the kitchen. further pa rttcflars. WAIPAWA, This Day. To Ante College buildings being old, IhiO fire spread rapidly. The whole of the students got out safely but lost a considerable portion of their effects. Insurances are not available.
