The “Frankfurter Zeitung’s” Vienna correspondent reports continuous fighting between Bolsheviks and Roumanian troops in Bessarabia in many parts wherefore the Bolsheviks arc conducting, Guerilla warfare against Roumanians. There was severe fighting around Kishineff. R OILMAN [AN CLA IMS. AND HUNGARIAN DESIRES, (Received This Day at 1.5. p.m.) AMSTERDAM February 27. Austrian reports state that the Roumanians at the peace negotiations are claiming three Bessarabian districts" lost by the peace of Berlin. Hungarians strenuously claiming itbat security for their Transylvanian border must be provided but Herr Kuhlninnu and Count Czernin are determined that the prospects of peace with Roumania must not- be not prejudiced by outrageous Hungarian claims.
