It declares that Austria needs a general peace, hence she does not rejoice at Germany’s pryrrhie victory in Russia. The “Leipziger Volks Zeitung” says:' The Russian Government’s latest rapid move’ has upset the carefully f prepared game of the German Government, which does not want peace. *.
