In a crowded House, the President began reading flic' Emperor’s congratulations on the conclusion of peace with Ukraine when the Polos quitted the Chamber, singing the polish Anthem. Czechs demanded the cessation of hostilities with Russia.
A great uproar followed, the Czechs shouting, “ Down with Von Seidler.”
