RUSSIAN UPHEAVAL.
* OBSCURE POSITION.
TjONDON- February 14. Mi - Bonar Law stated that the position in Russia was obscure. He declined to say whether Russia was now an ally, a neutral or an enemy. He announced that the manifesto issued S after the Versailles Conference represented the views of all the Allies.
POLISH PROTEST. \ ZURICH February 14. The Polish members of the Austrian Tipper House have resigned as a protest against tho concessions'to the Ukraine. Oacow is in mourning, tho dwellings are drape! in black, and the theatres and cinemas closed. It is officially announced in Warsaw that the Polish cabinet has also resigned as a protest.
