THE KAISER'S PEACE.
WITH FORCE OF IRON lIEEL.
(Received this day at- 1.2.30 a.m.) AMSTERDAM February 12. The Kaiser, in a speech at Hamburg, declared he wished to live in victory with his neighbours, but a German victory must first be acknowledged. Our troops will gain it under the great Hindenburg, and will then come the peace we need for a strong future. To this and the violent powers of heaven must assist us. Everyone from schoolboy to greybeard must set their thoughts on conquest and German peace. Ihe Fatherland will live .
