We have built aircrafl schools, factories, and aerodromes on «■ gigantic scale. The eyes of all the Allies are on America’s air programme, particularly tho development of the Liberty motor. Great Britain has 200 factories where a few months ago were green fields. p Remarkable results have been achieved by the defensive measures on Britain’s coasts. I look forward during the next few months to a vast Anglo-Saxon aerial offensive which will be one of the determining factors of the Avar.”
