CUNARD LIVER TORPEDOED.
ALT, ABOARD SAVED Received, this day at ,8.45 a.m. LONDON, January 2!?. The “Irish Daily Telegraph” states the Cunard liner Ardania with, for-, ty passengers and two hundred of a crew, was torpedoed off the Ulster coast. The ship was abandoned. All hands were picked up. The liner did not sink and it i s hoped it will be brought to port.
