i , lt NEWS FROM RUSSIA. Received, this day at 8.45 a.m. PETROGRAD January 27. Bolshevik newspapers state that there are demonstrations over the whole of Austrfia-Hungary. Soviet organisations have been formed in Vienna and Buda- | Pesth. A big strike has begun at Warsaw'. REVOLT IN FINLAND.
(Received This Dav at 11.25. a.m.. COPENHAGEN, Jan. 27. A semi-official Finnish Agency, states that there been grave revolts in the past few days, chiefly at Viborg, where Russian soldiers participated in a general strike that was proclaimed. The authorities are stopping the Railways in order to prevent the movement of Russian troops.
