(Received This Dav at 11.25. a.m.. COPENHAGEN, Jan. 27. A semi-official Finnish Agency, states that there been grave revolts in the past few days, chiefly at Viborg, where Russian soldiers participated in a general strike that was proclaimed. The authorities are stopping the Railways in order to prevent the movement of Russian troops.
