The Labour conference' shelved a resolution demanding the withdrawal of/ Labourites from the Government, ail'd rejected a proposal that the in Government cease to act on the Labour Executive, hv a two to one majority.

EXCITING SpENES. LONDON, Jan. 24 Exciting scenes occurred in Nottingham during the discussion of the resolution condemning the Labour Minis tors Brace, Barnes, Hodge, Parker, and Roberts for supporting the Government agricultural maximum wage of twenty-five shillings,.as against the Labour amendment of thirty shillings. The resolution was carried overwhelmingly.
