The main points in the Turkish offer of peace terms to Russia', are a return to the pre-war frontier lines, the conclusion of a convention respecting sea trade, a consultation within two years of peace, the refunding of individual war losses, guarantees of Persia’s entire independence, a free passing during war for Russian ships through the Dardanelles and Bosphorus, limited mobilisation for national defence; removal of Russian armies,..within the previous borders, except one division, guaranteeing the frontier of Russia, the demobilising of Armenian units of the a'rmy j and Black Sea Navy, Turkey retaining an active army in consequence of the continuance of war against the Entente.
