4 U-BOATS CAPTURED.
BY AMERICAN DESTROYERS. (Received This Day at 9.15 a.m.) NEW YORK, December 30. A returned journalist states that four submarines were captured hv twelve American torpodoers. The submarines were lying on the surface with their conning towers open, when the destroyers arrived and captured them without a fight.
