A REMARKABLE ARTICLE.

(Received This Dav at 10.15. a.m ) STOCKHOLM, Dec. 28.

M. Branting in a remarkable article in the “Social Democratic” says it is out of the question that the Allies reject Austro-German peace offer outright. The Allies in the past year, have given overmuch rein to Imperialistic influences. It is high time that this was corrected. Allied statemen had regretted the revision of their war aims, which ought to have been a self-evident duty demanded by the whole of Revolutionary Russia after the unmasking of tinsecret treaties . If the Allies coldly reject the offer, the peoples of tinworld will regard it as a critical foolish act, Once a discussion begins the world’s opinion will demand they be followed up.
