PARIS, Dee. 26th. i A conference of the general confederation of Labour resolved that the peace formulas of President Wilson, and the Russian revolution, are those of the French working classes; recapitulating Maximalist peace terms, with the addition of freedom of straits and serfs, compulsory international arbitration and the formation of a League of Nations.
'Phe conference also demands the publication by belligerent Governments of the Russian peace terms as the only means of preventing a separate peace; also an early conference of workers of all countries.
