AUSTRIAN COMPLAINT. AMSTERDAM, December 27. Y In the Reiehstrath, the Austrian Minister of War said the offensive in Italy was delayed owing to the : Czechs’ treachery. Tt was planned to begin in September; hut there was a sudden Italian attack near Careano, resulting in the whole first line being r lost. This was due to a Czech lieutenant betraying all the positions, and the whole plan of the offensive had to be /■ '■ changed, as alt the battery positions 1 were fcetrayed.
