From 20th.', December, 1917, to sth JANUARY, '1918 ) inclusive, (Sundays excepted), the 8.40 a.m. train Greymouth to Otira and 4.15 p.m. train Otira to Grey,mouth will run daily, and during same period trains will run daily between Christchurch and Arthur’s Pass. ON 24th DECEMBER- and 31st DECEMBER trains will leave Greymouth tor Hokitika 7.50 a.m. 12 noon, 7.0 p.m 9.20 p.m., will leave Hokitika for Greymouth 0.50 a.m., 9.45 a.m., 5.5 p.m., and 9.15 p.m. Ross trains as usual. CHRISTMAS DAY, 25th DECEMBER-, 1917. the ordinary time-table will be suspended and following trains only will run: —Greymouth to Hokitika 10.5 a.m., 7.15 n.fn., Hokitika to Greymouth 7.0 a.m., and 9 p.m. Greymouth to Reefton 9.0 a.m., Reefton to Greymouth 4.25 p.m. Greymouth to Otira 8.40 a.m., Otira to Greymouth 4.15 p.m. NEW YEAR’S DAY, Ist JANUARY 1918, usual 4.0 p.m. train Hokitika to Ross will not run. Train will leave Greymouth for Ross 9.0 a.m. The usual 10.0 a.m. train from Ross will run through to Greymouth. Train will leave Ross for Hokitika 3.50 p.m., train will leave Hokitika for Ross 7.15 p.m. Goods traffie (perishables excepted) will he suspended on 25th and 26th December, 1917, and on Ist January, 1918.
