The usual Christmas holidays were given at the above schol this year, the holidays extending for six weeks. r rhe Mayor and Mr. Peebles attended the .school to declare the holidays which were jubilantly received by the scholars Besides having .received an excellent report for the year’s operations, the school has also maintained its high standard of attendances receiving no less than 20 good attendance certificates,, the majority of them being first class certificates. The following gained the coveted documents.: Marion Jones Henry Jones Ross Jones Noble Jones Margaret Emmett Henry Emmett Janet Teague William Teague. May Muir Several of the above scholars have attended four, five, six and two of them seven years, without missing one day.
