AN AUSTRIAN REQUEST (Received. This T)av at S.nO. a.m ' BERNE, Dec. 18. Urzal, a Czech deputy, moved a reso lution in the Austrian Chamber, demanding a division of land among the peasants. He argued that since Austria and Germany recognised the Maximalists and fraternised with them, they should adopt the principles of Gpmmunism, forming the basis of the Maximalist programme
