INFORMATION ABOUT BALLOTS. WELLINGTON. Dec. 13. The remainder of Class A, in the Second Division, will he called up en bloc about the second week in January, but will not be required to enter camp before June. The date of the firstballot for pass B is indefinite, hut it is almost certain not to he before April.
