| Received, this day at 8.45 a.m. CHRISTIANIA December 14. Official—-Norway has lost nearly .>,OOO sailors during the war. SUBMARINE PREVENTION. Received, this day at 8.45 a.m. PARIS December 16. The Minister of Marine, in an interview, states there has been real progress in tho fight against submarines. France has now a number of special light draught chasers. Also. German submarine crews are less enterprising and are supplied with inferior munitons.
