The “Morning Post’s” Petrograd correspondent says on of General Korniloff’s detachments, is between Beilogorod, but his main body dispersed the Bolshevik force, many of whom downed arms anil joined Korniloff’s cause. INTERNAL RUSSIA. • Received, this day at 8.45 a.m. LONDON December 13. The Morning Post’s Petrograd correspondent says the opponents of the ! Bolsheviks claim that power must remain iri the /hand of self-appc|intod commissaries of the people. They demonstrated to-day demanding that power shall belong to the Constituent Assembly, meanwhile other parts of Russia are active. Siberian troops are organising under General Pleshkoff. The Siberians are understood to favour a monarchy and it is rumoured that they intend to bring the ex-Czar and family from Tobolsk to European Russia.

General Korniloff has broken through all opposition and will soon join forces wfith Kaledin at NoVstcherkast. He [ commands a division of some “death” * battalions and artillery.
