(Received this day at 1.20 a.m.,) SYDNEY, This Day. Under the War TTecaiuVons Act Mr. H. E. Boole, editor of the newspaper “Worker” was L-hurged with publishing an article likely to prejudice recruiting. Further charges in the informaton were that defendant faded to submit to tlie Censor articles published in the “Worker.” The hearing was adjourned to sth. December, on tlie understanding that all matter published in the “Worker” will he submitted to the Censor. A M.F. SUMMONSED. (Received This Day at. 1.20 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Three summonses have been issued against Air. J. A. Catts a member of the Federal House under the War Precautions iAJct in connection with speeches delivered at public meetings.
