LONDON November 13. Swedish telegraphists have failed to secure any response from Petrograd for forty hours. The silence ot Isarskoe Selo indicates that the wireless is smashed. Events ' are wrapped in mystery. Most of the Scandanavum reports are coming from a suspicious source. Finland declares its complete separation from Russia. Assassinations in Finland include one Kordelin, an agcdPrivy Councillor who left tliirty-six million francs to charities.

LONDON November 15.
There is still no reliable news from Petrograd, through the “Politikcn ’ asserts that a telephone message received at Helsingfors stated that when Revolutionaries, re-conquered Gatshina, Kerensky, with three or five thousand men, retired . southwards. Part of the northern army was despatched to cut Kerensky’s rear. The people seem to have lost confidence m Lenin and Tortsky. It is intended to force a social revolutionary coalition Government, repiesenting all parties,, except the well-to-do. The first task of the new Government is to make peace.

KERENSKY BEATEN,
(Received this day at 12.80 a.m.) NEW YORK November 15. The “Evening Globe’s” Petrogntu correspondent writes on the 11th. November states the situation was nearing a settlement. A Coalition Government wa s probable . - Kerensky was definitely defeated in a great 'battle. His Cossack supporters fled. The Soviet troops recaptured Gatchina and Tzarskoi Selo. Petrograd is calm and complete order prevails. INTERNAL FIGHTING. HEAVY CASUALTIES. (Received This Day at 9.15 a.m.) PETROGRAD November 16. Kerensky’s detachments aro ooncei trated close to Petrograd. Kerensky has issued a proclamation that ho guaranteed to clear out the Bolshevikis and transfer the power to a democratic organisation. Heavy fighting is reported at Kioff, aeroplanes participating on both sides There were numerous casualties. The armistice at Moscow expires today.
OFFER OF AGREEMENT. COPENHAGEN, November 16. Serious fighting is raging at Pptr«grad. The Bolshevikis appear to retain the upper hand. ■ The Socialist parties offered the Bolshevikis the following basis of agreement.—First, the disarmament of the Red Guards. Second the the placing of Pctrograd garrison under municipal control. Third, the cessation or military operations. The Socialists guaranteed that Kerensky on entering the city would not fire a single shot, and would refrain from arrests and the searching of housos. The proposals include the creation 01 a Government representing all Social ist parties, except the Bolshevikis. The latter accepted the agreement hut insisted on representation . (Bolshevikis on Tuesday rejected the proposed armistice, after which fighting continued. '
