(Received This Uav at 11.25. a.m.) COPENHAGEN, Nov. 15. Colonel Muravieff, Commander of Petrograd Garrison, has issued a proclamation that it is untrue that Petrograd troops went with Kerensky. He says they evacuated Gatchina for the purpose of avoiding unnecessaij bloodshed, and took up a better defensive position outside Petrograd. Even 1 if Kerensky were reinforced tenfold, we are safe in the capital, which is orderly and quiet. The cruisers Aurora and Nuju apd six torpedo boats are anchored in the Neva. Their guns command the w hole city. 1
