LONDON 7 November 14. It is reported that the Cossacks have occupied KieffKERENSKY REGAINS POWER (Received This Day at 9.30. a.m.) NEW,YORK, Nov. 14th. It is definitely reported that M. Kerensky .has gained control of Petrograd.
NEED OF UNITY
(Received This Day at 9.50 a.m.') NEW YORK, Nov. -4. Mr. Baker in a ivar communique, emphasises the need of a clever interpellation on all fronts. The political situation in ' Russia has enabled Germany to detach important German contingents and send them to Italy. The Germans are continuing their propaganda on tho Russian front, and are also attempting to break down the Italian morale. Events may ha\e ’ marked effect on tho general strategy which wo must prepare to meet.
SUCCESS OF KERENSKY. (Received This Dev nf 12.25. p.m.l STOCKHOLM, Nov. 14th. The Russian Legation has stated that Kerensky arrived in Petrograd with an army and utterly defeated the Bolshevikis. ' Kaldin and Korniloff’s Cossacks are in co-operation with Kerensky.

The orders of the Provisional Government are signed by Kerensky, Ivorniloff, and Kaledin. The Allied Embassies are now in touch with Kerensky.
Cossacks destroyed the rearguard of the Chief Leninist regiment. The population of Petrograd is destroying the Leninist proclamations.
A REPORTED DEFEAT. WELLINGTON. This Day. The High Commissioner reports from London, I3fch Nov. at 4.40 p.m. A Russian communique yesterday afternoon stays.—After bitter fighting the Kerensky-Korniloiff forces were completely defeated near Tsarkoesclo. [This message is in contradiction to all other messages received.]
