Admiral vou Tirpitz speaking .atMunich, said the war would decide whether Germany on Britain should exercise a protectorate over Belgium, and Germany gain military, antT safe economic compensation in Belgium. AVe can hold out longer than the enemy.

Any peace without economic industry mean a German defeat. They must remember Antwerp belonged to the Hanseatic League. Austria must have greater control of the mouth of the Damibe. as well as Trieste in the Adriatic.
