The following ife Rev. D. C. Bates’ weather forecast. * “The indications are for westerly winds, stong to gale, and veering by west to south. The weather appears likely to he cloudy and unsettled. Heavy rain is to be expected with rivers flooded. Tho barometer is falling but rising after about twenty to thirty hours. Seas considerable; tides good, seas increasing on the Coast.”
