RUSSIA ' S CRISIS.
A remarkable feat
GERMAN WARSHIPS ELUDED
WASHINGTON, October 25.
The Russian Fleet’s escape irom the German trap in Riga B a y is regarded as a remarkable feat, as twenty, second-class Russian warships, eluded sixty German war-ships including super Dreadnoughts. It is interpreted that either tho Russians outmaneoured the Germans or the utter had another mutiny seriously affecting the German morale.

The Admiralty reports that M. Kerensky telegraphed to the army his thanks for their invaluable and heroic work.

The paper “Novov Azhaien” demands that the Government negotiate with the Central Powers for a million Russian prisoners to participate in the elections. M. Kerensky’s health is generally improved.
