ADDINGTON STOCK MARKET.
(By Telegraph.—Special to Guardian.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Messrs Alatson and Co. report as follows'regarding the above sales on Wednesday.
Fat Cattle.—All prime good weights held their values. Light heifers and cows and second qualities sold irregularly, with sharp decline.
Store cattle. —Well bred lines, big and heavy 4 and 5-vear steer:;, maintained their values. All other sorbs suffered a decline particularly 2-vear old heifers.'
Pat sheep.—The sale was irregular selling at from last weeks prices to a drop of 5s per head in places, and many lots being dealers lines, too dearly bought. Store .sheep.—There was a large entry, mostly of dealers sheep, which were hard of sale and the majority were unsold.
Best wethers to £2 2s, best hoggets 30s, shorn hoggets up to 22s 9d, owes and lambs up to 20s.
