ALLIED CONFERENCE.
AMERICAN WRITER’S VIEWS
WASHINGTON, October 21
„,r. Maurice Low, eorresopndent of the London “Post” telegraphs that the Allied War Conference, in which the United States will participate will be held in London at tho earliest date possible. It will undoubtedly bear vitally on tho war’s future. Although primarily “for the discussion of finance” it- necessarily follows that the entire plan of campaign will be discus 3 od and a complete understanding reached between the financial and military chiefs of the United States, whoso viewpoint will be 00-ordained with that of tho Allies. The United States Treasury officers feel that increased efficiency is in prospect because of free and frank discussion.
