AUSTRIA’S CRY FOR HELP
(Received This Day at 9.50. a -™A WASHINGTON, October 19. Despatches from Romo state AusAustroAlermans have been compelled to withdraw forty divisions from the Eastern front, to reinforce the Austrian troops in Italy. Already German, Turkish and Bulgarian troops have been sent to the Austrian front, but Austria has appealed to Germany for additional reinforcements. The majority of the troops are endeavouring to withstand the Italian pressure at Bainsrifzzft Plateau.
