Contributions towards this much appreciated fund are invited. Lists will he found at the banks and at various offices. The whole of the donations received go forward for the purchase of smokes for the soldiers and sailors. There is not any deduction for expense, either in collection, transit or delivery the full value being devoted to the Overseas organisation to the object for which the money is raised. This being Trafalgar month, half of the receipts will he devoted to the Navy. Many cards of appreciation continue to he received from the men at the front., who are. most grateful for the gift* received.
