AMERICA TO PARTICIPATE. WASHINGTON, Oct. 16. Mr Lansing says America is considering the advisability of representation at the Allied Military Conference at Paris this week.
The “New York Times” says the Paris Conference is designed to unify the war aims of the Entente in Russia particularly. The Entente is helping Russia vfo re£ttin\ heat fighting efficiency and financial stability. It is believed the Conference discusses the plans for a winter campaign, including Anglo-French and Italian drives, the Balkan situation and Greece’s adhesion to the Entente and consequent strengthening of the armies in Macedonia! Also the shortage of tonnage. General Pershing and Admiral Sims may attend.
